We develop Naadi Health — a clinical AI platform that enables Indian hospitals to digitise their operations, streamline and support clinical documentation, and deliver better care with less administrative burden. Naadi is our primary product. We are a technology company. We build software. The hospitals we serve provide healthcare.
Indian doctors spend a significant portion of every clinical encounter on paperwork — writing notes, generating prescriptions, ordering labs, preparing discharge summaries. In a typical OPD session with 40–60 patients, documentation consumes time that should be spent on care.
Existing hospital management software is designed for billing and administration, not for the doctor at the point of care. It requires typing, clicking, and navigating menus during consultations — the opposite of how Indian clinical practice works.
Naadi is built differently. A doctor speaks. Naadi listens, structures the clinical encounter, and assists with documentation and workflow.
Naadi covers the full hospital workflow — OPD queue management, clinical AI scribe (SOAP notes, prescriptions, lab orders), IPD ward management, billing and revenue, pharmacy, scheduling, and patient communication via WhatsApp. All from one platform, designed for Indian hospitals and Indian clinical practice.
To give Indian doctors more time with their patients by eliminating the documentation burden of modern healthcare — and to give Indian hospitals the clinical and operational intelligence they need to run better.
Naadi uses large language models, speech recognition optimised for Indian languages and medical codemix (English + Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil), and a purpose-built hospital management platform. Clinical AI outputs are presented as decision-support tools for review by the treating physician — not as autonomous medical decisions.
Patient data is designed to be stored primarily within India on Microsoft Azure infrastructure, unless otherwise agreed with the customer or required for lawful processing. We are designed for the Indian regulatory environment, including alignment with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
We are currently running a free 30-day pilot programme with hospitals in Karnataka. The pilot covers full setup, staff training, and ongoing support. Eligible hospitals may participate at no cost during the pilot period and continue only if their doctors find Naadi genuinely useful.
